李爱红，于2023年7月入职bw必威西汉姆联官网社会学系，任助理研究员一职。她的主要研究兴趣领域为人口流动与移民；性别、家庭与就业；数字经济与创业、金融化、金融排斥与包容；她同时擅长定量的社会统计及问卷调查、质性的田野调查和访谈等的研究方法。她的科研成果发表在Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, Ageing& Society, Frontiers in Public Health等SSCI期刊上。

李爱红，于2022年12月获得剑桥大学社会学哲学博士学位；此前在西安交通大学（主修社会学，辅修经济学）和曼彻斯特大学社会统计系（社会研究方法和统计）获得双学士和硕士双学位。她积极参加学术共同体的建设，是英国社会学协会和英国追踪与生命历程研究协会的会员，也是中国社会学学会金融社会学专业委员会的副秘书长。
